Spirit wear fundraising for Irvine schools
Team stores for Irvine booster clubs. We build, print, ship and market the store. No setup cost, no inventory, and 20% of every order back to the club.
Irvine Unified runs five comprehensive high schools — Irvine, Northwood, Portola, University and Woodbridge — inside a single district office. That matters more than it sounds. A club here clears artwork with one district rather than negotiating separately with a city and a county office, so the approval step that stalls most spirit wear programs is usually the shortest part of the process.
It also means the mark you are printing is governed by one set of standards across every campus. If your club has been told a design is fine and a neighbouring club has been told the opposite, that is normally a question for the same office, and it is worth settling before a store opens rather than after a parent has paid for a hoodie.
Our office is in Irvine, on Morse Avenue. That is genuinely useful for a first meeting and genuinely irrelevant to how the store runs — everything after kickoff happens online, and orders ship direct to each family rather than to a volunteer's garage.
Districts serving Irvine
Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district’s to license, so the first step is knowing which office owns the mark you want to print.
- Irvine Unified School District. Runs every public school in Irvine, including all five comprehensive high schools.

What we handle, and what you do
1. You send colors, marks and rosters
Along with written confirmation from the district that the club may use the school name and logo. That is the entire job on your side.
2. We build and you approve
We design the range and the storefront. The range you approve is the range that sells for the rest of the season, so this is the point to be fussy.
3. We print, ship and support
Each order is produced after it is bought and shipped direct to that buyer. No sorting, no distribution day, no leftover sizes.
4. We promote it
Text and email campaigns to your opted-in families, timed to season launch, playoffs, senior night and the winter holidays.
5. You get paid
20% of total order value, remitted on a set schedule. A share of what the store sells, not a share of margin after costs.
Questions from Irvine clubs
- Do we need district approval before opening a store?
- Assume yes, and get it in writing. Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district's to license, and in Irvine that is a single office rather than several. It is a short conversation when it happens first and an expensive one when it happens after a store is live.
- Can each team have its own store, or is it one per school?
- Either. Most Irvine programs run one store per team so the range matches the sport and the season, with a school-wide store alongside it for general spirit wear. There is no setup cost per store, so splitting them costs nothing.
- You are based in Irvine — does that change anything?
- Only that we can meet in person. The store itself runs the same way it does anywhere: we build it, families order online, orders print and ship direct, and your share is remitted on a set schedule.
