Spirit wear fundraising for Santa Ana schools
Team stores for Santa Ana booster clubs. No setup cost, no inventory to buy, no distribution day. 20% of total order value goes to the club.
Santa Ana Unified is a single unified district covering the whole city, which makes approval straightforward, and it runs a large slate of comprehensive high schools — Santa Ana, Valley, Century, Segerstrom, Godinez Fundamental and Saddleback among them.
The consideration that matters most here is up-front cost. A bulk order asks a club to front cash for stock before a single item is sold, and to guess the size curve months ahead. If that guess is wrong the club is left holding unsold inventory it paid for. Print-on-demand removes that entirely: nothing is produced until somebody has bought it, so the club risks nothing and there is no order that needs board approval to place.
It also removes the collection problem. Families pay online at checkout, so no volunteer is chasing cash, reconciling envelopes, or covering a shortfall out of their own pocket at the end of a sale.
Districts serving Santa Ana
Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district’s to license, so the first step is knowing which office owns the mark you want to print.

What we handle, and what you do
1. You send colors, marks and rosters
Along with written confirmation from the district that the club may use the school name and logo. That is the entire job on your side.
2. We build and you approve
We design the range and the storefront. The range you approve is the range that sells for the rest of the season, so this is the point to be fussy.
3. We print, ship and support
Each order is produced after it is bought and shipped direct to that buyer. No sorting, no distribution day, no leftover sizes.
4. We promote it
Text and email campaigns to your opted-in families, timed to season launch, playoffs, senior night and the winter holidays.
5. You get paid
20% of total order value, remitted on a set schedule. A share of what the store sells, not a share of margin after costs.
Questions from Santa Ana clubs
- We cannot front money for inventory. Is there a minimum order?
- No minimum and no up-front cost. Every item is printed after it is bought, so the club never purchases stock and never carries unsold sizes. There is nothing for a board to approve spending on.
- Who collects the money?
- Families pay online at checkout. No cash box, no envelopes, no volunteer covering a shortfall. Your share is remitted on a set schedule with reporting your treasurer can reconcile.
- Who is responsible for sales tax?
- It depends on who is the seller of record, and it should be settled in writing before launch. Where we operate the store we collect and remit it, so it does not land on a volunteer treasurer.
