Spirit wear fundraising for Fountain Valley schools

Spirit wear fundraising for Fountain Valley booster clubs and school programs. We run the store, printing, shipping and campaigns. 20% of total order value.

Fountain Valley is served by three districts at once. Fountain Valley High belongs to Huntington Beach Union High School District; Los Amigos High, also inside the city, belongs to Garden Grove Unified; and Fountain Valley School District runs the elementary and middle schools beneath both.

For a booster club that means the single most useful question is not about products or percentages, it is which of three offices licenses the mark you intend to print. Clubs here regularly get a yes from the district they know and only later discover it was not the district that owns the logo.

The city is also compact and residential, which has one practical upside worth knowing: a store promoted through a school's own channels reaches most of its community quickly, because families here are geographically concentrated rather than spread across a large catchment. The constraint is promotion, not distance.

Districts serving Fountain Valley

Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district’s to license, so the first step is knowing which office owns the mark you want to print.

What we handle, and what you do

  1. 1. You send colors, marks and rosters

Along with written confirmation from the district that the club may use the school name and logo. That is the entire job on your side.

  2. 2. We build and you approve

We design the range and the storefront. The range you approve is the range that sells for the rest of the season, so this is the point to be fussy.

  3. 3. We print, ship and support

Each order is produced after it is bought and shipped direct to that buyer. No sorting, no distribution day, no leftover sizes.

  4. 4. We promote it

Text and email campaigns to your opted-in families, timed to season launch, playoffs, senior night and the winter holidays.

  5. 5. You get paid

20% of total order value, remitted on a set schedule. A share of what the store sells, not a share of margin after costs.

Questions from Fountain Valley clubs

Three districts serve one city. How do we know which is ours?
By school, not by address. Fountain Valley High is Huntington Beach Union, Los Amigos is Garden Grove Unified, and the elementary and middle schools are Fountain Valley School District. Each licenses its own marks separately.
Do we need a separate store for each team?
Not necessarily, and there is no cost either way. A school-wide store plus sport-specific stores works well; two stores selling the same hoodie does not, because it splits one set of buyers.

Nearby cities we cover

These share a district with Fountain Valley, which means a shared approval process and often a shared calendar.
