Spirit wear fundraising for Lake Forest schools

Spirit wear fundraising for Lake Forest booster clubs. We design the store, print and ship each order, and run the campaigns. 20% of total order value.

Lake Forest sits entirely within Saddleback Valley Unified, which is simpler than most of south county — no split boundary, one office to ask. El Toro High is the city's comprehensive high school.

The district itself is not so tidy. Saddleback Valley shares Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita with Capistrano Unified next door, and it includes the unincorporated communities of Trabuco Canyon and Modjeska. So a Lake Forest club has a straightforward approval path while a neighboring club a few miles away may not.

El Toro is long-established, which means an alumni population that outnumbers current families and a set of design expectations that already exist. Both are advantages for a store: recognizable gear sells more readily than a redesign, and alumni are reachable by a forwarded link in a way they are not by an order form.

Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district’s to license, so the first step is knowing which office owns the mark you want to print.

What we handle, and what you do

  1. 1. You send colors, marks and rosters

Along with written confirmation from the district that the club may use the school name and logo. That is the entire job on your side.

  2. 2. We build and you approve

We design the range and the storefront. The range you approve is the range that sells for the rest of the season, so this is the point to be fussy.

  3. 3. We print, ship and support

Each order is produced after it is bought and shipped direct to that buyer. No sorting, no distribution day, no leftover sizes.

  4. 4. We promote it

Text and email campaigns to your opted-in families, timed to season launch, playoffs, senior night and the winter holidays.

  5. 5. You get paid

20% of total order value, remitted on a set schedule. A share of what the store sells, not a share of margin after costs.

Questions from Lake Forest clubs

Is approval simpler here than elsewhere in south county?
Generally yes. Lake Forest is entirely within Saddleback Valley Unified, so there is one district office rather than a boundary running through the city as there is in Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita.
Should we redesign the gear or keep the traditional look?
Keep what people recognize. At an established school the existing marks are the reason alumni and long-standing families buy, and a redesign usually narrows the market rather than widening it.
