Spirit wear fundraising for Yorba Linda schools
Spirit wear fundraising for Yorba Linda booster clubs. We build and market the store, print and ship every order, and remit 20% of total order value.
Yorba Linda High is the city's own comprehensive high school and the newest of the four in Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified. Being the newest matters for spirit wear in a way that is easy to miss: there is less accumulated tradition dictating what the gear should look like, and correspondingly more room to build a range families actually want rather than reproducing a design from decades ago.
The flip side is a smaller alumni base than the older schools in the same district, so the buying population skews heavily toward current families. That argues for a tighter product range: a small, concentrated set of buyers spread across forty products generates no volume on any of them.
The district is shared with Placentia and reaches into Anaheim, Fullerton and Brea, so approval runs through an office covering four other communities rather than a Yorba Linda-specific one.
Districts serving Yorba Linda
Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district’s to license, so the first step is knowing which office owns the mark you want to print.
- Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. Runs the public schools in Yorba Linda and Placentia, plus parts of Anaheim, Fullerton and Brea.

What we handle, and what you do
1. You send colors, marks and rosters
Along with written confirmation from the district that the club may use the school name and logo. That is the entire job on your side.
2. We build and you approve
We design the range and the storefront. The range you approve is the range that sells for the rest of the season, so this is the point to be fussy.
3. We print, ship and support
Each order is produced after it is bought and shipped direct to that buyer. No sorting, no distribution day, no leftover sizes.
4. We promote it
Text and email campaigns to your opted-in families, timed to season launch, playoffs, senior night and the winter holidays.
5. You get paid
20% of total order value, remitted on a set schedule. A share of what the store sells, not a share of margin after costs.
Questions from Yorba Linda clubs
- How many products should a newer school offer?
- Fewer than instinct suggests. Without a large alumni base the buyers are mostly current families, and a wide range splits a small population across too many items. A tight selection of things people actually wear outsells a catalog.
- Who approves the use of the school logo?
- Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified, the district office rather than the school. Get it in writing, naming the club and the specific marks, before any design work starts.
