Spirit wear fundraising for San Clemente schools
Spirit wear fundraising for San Clemente booster clubs. We run the store, printing, shipping and campaigns. No setup cost, 20% of total order value.
San Clemente is the southernmost city in Orange County, and San Clemente High is its single comprehensive high school. That combination produces something most cities do not have: one school that the whole town identifies with, rather than several splitting the community.
For spirit wear that is close to ideal. There is no ambiguity about whose gear is the town's gear, the alumni population is large and local, and support extends well past current families to people who simply live there. A store reaches all of it through one link.
The coastal location adds a second advantage worth planning for. Lightweight product sells here in months when an inland program sees nothing, so a store has no natural off-season. A club that closes its store at the end of a sports season is shutting during a window that is still producing orders — including the December gift period, when the buyer is often a grandparent rather than a parent.
Districts serving San Clemente
Any use of a school name, logo or mascot is the district’s to license, so the first step is knowing which office owns the mark you want to print.
- Capistrano Unified School District. Runs the public schools in San Clemente, along with much of south Orange County.

What we handle, and what you do
1. You send colors, marks and rosters
Along with written confirmation from the district that the club may use the school name and logo. That is the entire job on your side.
2. We build and you approve
We design the range and the storefront. The range you approve is the range that sells for the rest of the season, so this is the point to be fussy.
3. We print, ship and support
Each order is produced after it is bought and shipped direct to that buyer. No sorting, no distribution day, no leftover sizes.
4. We promote it
Text and email campaigns to your opted-in families, timed to season launch, playoffs, senior night and the winter holidays.
5. You get paid
20% of total order value, remitted on a set schedule. A share of what the store sells, not a share of margin after costs.
Questions from San Clemente clubs
- Should the store stay open outside the season?
- In a coastal town, generally yes. Lightweight product sells year-round here, and the December gift window falls outside every sports season. With print-on-demand there is no stock to clear, so there is no reason to close.
- Can people who are not parents buy from the store?
- Anyone with the link. In a single-high-school town that matters more than usual — the market includes alumni and residents with no current student, and they are unreachable by an order form sent home in a backpack.
